During Resonance Extra’s summer break they will be broadcasting two of my 24hr island compositions.
The first, on July 31st, is “Once upon a day on Papay” – composed from a series of recordings of places and walks on the Orcadian island of Papa Westray.
The second, on September 1st, is “Once upon a day on Alnay” – composed from a series of recordings of places and walks on an imaginary Northumberland island in the foothills of the Cheviot Hills.
